Seems as if i have to visit San Diego to see the big ones ;) Here at the Tenerife Whale Watching Tours we normally see the Pilot Whales, because 500 of them are living between Tenerife and La Gomera. Sure, we have a lot of Dolphins too, but i´ve never seen a big one like the Grey Whale or the Blue Whale.

    It must be a really fantastic adventure to get close to the big ones.

    1. I forgot: Sometimes there are Sperm Whales, Humbacks or Orcas between the Islands, but i never had enough luck to see one of these. I think San Diego is better for the big ones.
